Today during its keynote address during Google I/O, Streamyx showed off its Latitude location-based service running on the iPhone. This is notable because so far, Latitude hasn't been available on the huge popular smartphone. Instead, not surprisingly, Google opted to focus on getting it running on Android. Thanks to HTML 5, Safari will be able to access a user's location information and Latitude will be able to access that as well (provided the user gives permission). The Sony PSP has been around for a few years now but it shows no signs of slowing down in popularity. In fact with new games for PSP in the pipeline it is going from strength to strength. 31 million PSP sales worldwide in fact.

2, God Of War, Chains of Olympus. One of my all time favorite games on any platform, amazing game play just a truly epic game.

3, Lumines 1, had to have this one in my top 10 just because of the amount of time I've spent on it, very very addictive. Similar to Tetris but in my opinion a whole lot better. A classic game.

4, Tekken, dark Resurrection. One of the all time classic fighting games, great to play on the PSP, has kept me entertained for ages.

5, Metal gear Solid, Portable Ops. A stealth action game, very in depth with long missions. use your brain as well as your fire power here.

6, Silent Hill Origins, Prepare to scream out loud like a little girl. I love this game the story is so much different to any other game out there. Scary game play. love it.

7, Twisted Metal, Head On. All out driving action smash through the eiffel tower on your way, where else could you do this.

8, SOCOM, US navy Seals, Tactical Strike. Great game puts you right into the heart of battle. Ever wanted to be a US Navy Seal, now you can.

9, LocoRoco. Love this game, I think its the most orginal game I've ever played. Basically a platform type puzzle game but so much more.

10, Patapon, from the makers of LocoRoco probably why I like it so much. Its a strategy game that is exclusive for the PSP. go get it you wont be disappointed.

EXCEPTION #3: The $75 Dollar Rule

Here's another easy way to avoid the hassle of saving receipts -- this one involves your business meal and entertainment expenses. Believe it or not, the IRS does not require a receipt when your business meal or entertainment expense is less than $75 per expense.

Sound too good to be true? Well, there is a "catch", of course: you still must maintain a record of the following five facts related to the deductible event:

1) WHO did you eat with or entertain? i.e. the names of the people and the nature of their business relationship to you
2) WHEN did the entertainment occur? i.e. the date
3) WHERE did the entertainment occur? i.e. the name of the restaurant or other venue
4) WHY did you meet? i.e. a description of the business purpose of the meal or event
5) HOW MUCH did you spend? i.e. the streamyx wikipedia amount

You should record these five facts in a log. Your daily appointment book or day-timer is the perfect place to jot this down in less than a minute. Having met the IRS substantiation requirements, you can then throw away the receipt. In the event of an audit, you'll be covered.

Incorporate your business. There are more but these are some of the basics that show the IRS that you intend on making a profit.

Work your business on a regular basis.

Run your business like a business.

This is the third and final qualification. This means that you keep track of the activities you accomplish. You will already be well on your way if you have a day planner for the notes. Create a paper trail. Keep track of memos, bills, etc. that show your business transactions.
